Used our freshly baked oatmeal molasses loaf to fry up some grilled cheeses. Extra-old cheddar, sliced turkey, grainy Dijon, spinach salad, avocado and mayo. Fried in ghee on a hot cast iron pan.

Gaahhh!  Drooling here like a sprinkler!

@DoubleEgger - just when you thought you had an idea about cow behavior so you could focus elsewhere...
Edit: great bark and I'm sure similar eats await.

I may be cruising LEO but that's not brisket... although I could enjoy that.

Looks like a great "intragastric brisket topping"

No egging for this, just a simple, veg-heavy, green chicken curry last night.

Do you even eat with your eyes, bruh?

@JohnInCarolina, shelter in place has increased my time spent in sleepwear to near 24-hour.

Appropriately, I’ve quit plating and just eat with a huge serving spoon.

    On the couch.
    Love you bro!

just back from the supermarket, there must be 10000 pounds of bacon. 90 percent of the chicken and ham isle was bacon, half the beef section and pork section is bacon, the bacon section is bacon, and the center fridge isles are bacon. i already had bought bacon =) bread is fully stocked so i went for the hot dog rolls

Got a 15 pound turkey in the Medium. Too big but it was what was for sale. Using Operation Barbecue Relief Mojo Rub. I didn't spatchcock it and it is bumping the thermometer so I couldn't say what temp. No smoking wood as I wanted to taste the rub, just Rockwood. Pics closer to when it is done.

I just started to marinate a butterflied leg of lamb to cook tomorrow evening- keeping it simple: olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.  I’ve go a couple of things in the freezer but will be looking for some deliveries most likely if they still exist...

Initially tread lightly but if you want to juice up any sauce, wet rub or marinade let 'er rip.  As mentioned in the initial postings, it will keep in the fridge for around two weeks or longer.  It takes me that long to consume.
Play around with it given the shelter in place we are all trying to exercise.
