Debating buying green bell pepper to modify version one of the egg and sausage casserole that I made earlier. I wanted to cook the turkey but that frigid bird won’t seem to thaw. I need to cook anyway because all of the leftovers are gone.

@thetrim - Thanks brother. It tastes amazing too. Super easy recipe. Salt and brown sugar cure. Applewood smoke. Black pepper and real maple syrup glaze. About 5 hours at 200*.Michiana, South of the border.
