Debating buying green bell pepper to modify version one of the egg and sausage casserole that I made earlier. I wanted to cook the turkey but that frigid bird won’t seem to thaw. I need to cook anyway because all of the leftovers are gone.

    2nd isolation loaf - this one’s 75% whole wheat

Get a basket for the final prove, makes the outside look so much nicer.

I've seen those and want to get one for sure.  Maybe once we're out of the woods with this pandemic.

@thetrim - Thanks brother. It tastes amazing too. Super easy recipe. Salt and brown sugar cure. Applewood smoke. Black pepper and real maple syrup glaze. About 5 hours at 200*.

Thanks @The Cen-Tex Smoker.  I'll pass your compliment along.  She hit it out of the park on that and the ravioli (pics earlier in this thread).  I showed great restraint and limited myself to only about 40% of the tart.

They really are nice. I have a round one and an oval one. If you do decide to get one make sure you flour the side going down good and flour the basket. The first couple tries I had the loaf stick and it was really annoying.
