Love wings in under 30 min on the Ranger. Traeger foil liner for the drip tray? FWIW I used to line the tray with HDAF, not anymore, just use it naked and remove caked drippings with a metal dough scraper.shtgunal3 said:

Chicken breasts from the bargain mirage. Even had a 30% off managers special sticker which is probably a “well we forgot to refrigerate them for a while but the date is next Wednesday so sell ‘em” scenario only obvious to the pessimists. Note to self: complete living will before going to bed and also put a trash can by the bed.Asparagus up high with a two/hearted ale fountain mister (patent pending, to be followed by a BGE licensed version).Happy weekend, dang we need another one too soon after this week!

@Wooderson live fire is the most fun you can have when cooking. Great cooks right there. Enjoy the rest of the adventure.

One on the left is on a brioche with a thin patty, arugula, pickle de Gallo and mayo. On the right same but has thick patty. I was pumped for the everything brioche. But it wasn't as good as I thought it was gonna be.pickle de Gallo goes good on a burger. Just have to be careful or it makes the bottom bun soggy.

Broiler is my new favorite way to cook burgers. Super quick and doesn't make a mess. Also the first time trying Martin's brand hamburger buns. The hype is real.

Except I used flank instead of flat iron, because we usually buy 4-6 flank steaks at a time from Costco and vac seal and freeze. And I grilled rather than broiled.LBGE
