    1) put tortilla down flat
    2) squirt on Mexican special taco sauce
    3) cover with three cheese blend
    4) add diced tomatoes
    5) microwave on high for 90 seconds

Whoa, whoa, whoa... slow down tiger.

Before we even get to this "three cheese blend" business, do you have a link for how to put a tortilla down flat?

It does require a certain set of skills.

You might want to re-evaluate your world view:

    Shocking, I'm sure.

Taco Bell’s existence is offensive enough.  Why not just pile on at this point.

It’s not my world view or shocking at all John, it was a joke. I surely wouldn’t have put it back on the menu labeled Mexican Pizza. I woulda put a different spin on it just to cover my own ass

Why?  “Mexican” isn’t offensive, any more than Italian or Spanish or Ethiopian or Japanese.  It’s just a region of the world that happens to have a type of cuisine.

@JohnInCarolina @ColbyLang @theyolksonyou     I miss when they used to put black olives on the Mexican Pizza.  For those wondering, it was not very good.  My cheesy bean and rice burrito was better.
If it is worth doing, it is worth overdoing.

Yeah it was good.  This was reverse seared on the KBQ.  I roasted it down below until it got to about 120 internal, then seared right over the flames in the firebox to finish it off.  The whole rig is really well set up for that.

Pork steaks?  If so, those are amazing.  Haven't had them in a while and now I want some.

Those were heavily seasoned thinner T-bones. Not real thin but not as thick as I prefer. They were good.

Lamb moussaka.  SWMBO made it, maybe the best thing I've ever eaten in my life.  She's been refining the recipe for decades.  I saw her updating it on the computer the next day, I'll see if I can't steal it.
Please?  I can’t stop looking at this.

@nolaegghead - thank you and please thank your spouse for this. Moussaka is one of the two favorite foods I was introduced to in my trips to Athens and the Greek island Corfu while serving in the Navy. This recipe also adds a nod to my other discovery, Souvlaki.
