take a bunch of pics. Had a chance to catch this one before it was devoured. 3 pies and my best crust effort to date. This one was red sauce, bufalo mozz, prosciutto, basil, a sprinkle of good olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.

All I did was light the coals and wait - oh and drink a few beers, obviously.
