Not sure but he walked away with an arm load of ice cream!   Pretty sure one of the ice cream scoopers is who kept caught his attention.  The ice cream truck music and flags caught his kid’s attention first.

Yeah my wife and step daughters are flying into Houston Monday night from Greece. Crossing our fingers they make it.

I don’t remember exactly where in Texas you’re located at. Houston should be fine for another day or so. Then they have to worry about flooding from rainfall. Hopefully Caliking is on higher ground than most of Houston.

I’m actually in Midland. Way out west. Sadly we see zero rain from it. She is supposed to fly in Monday night spend the night at her daughter’s house then fly home to Midland on Tuesday. They are trying to decide if they should just stay in Greece for an extra day or two just to be safe.

I know where Midland is, my niece teaches at that college there. Recently I heard that she also started a horse boarding business though that’s recent.

Yeah, flying back to San Antonio a few hours earlier than originally booked due to the storm.  Southwest allowed free rebooking so I took advantage of it.  I won't get in as much boating/skiing in Orlando as originally planned but I got in 2 runs before I headed to the airport - and I'll definitely make it home today so I can work tomorrow.

Right now Italy is the favorite, but we’re also considering Japan, Spain, perhaps a trip along the trans-Canadian railway, with extended stops in Toronto, Banff, Vancouver, among others.

Right now we’re still just gathering tons of info; SWMBO Jr is taking Art History as a Sr this year, so how she reacts to that will inflate final choice too.
