I probably don’t qualify as a “coffee person” if this is the level needed.  There’s no universe where I’d pay that much $ for a coffee machine.

We buy beans from a local place we really like, but that’s about as far as it goes in terms of splurging.  We have a Ninja coffee machine and that’s our morning workhorse.

And it isn't even automatic.  That is just the "puttin hot water through the grounds" part.  This doesn't roast or grind.  Just heats up water and pushes it through.

Watching the guy use it kind if reminded me of a conductor running a steam engine.

It did heat up that 1oz of water quickly. Something like 3000watt heating element.

@lousubcap Thanks, I have the Pizza Party Ardore with upgraded biscotto Saputo stone. Got a sweet deal when it was launched few years ago, I recall @ColtsFan and few others got the same oven. I wouldn't call it dialed in though, just look at the one in the far left.
