With food wastage being an absolute epidemic in Western society, this is an approach I greatly appreciate. Looks delish to boot.
Absolutely agree. Pops grew up poor, and lived through the Bengal Famine of 1943. Throwing away/wasting food hurts me.

It troubled me, too =) I must have tilted the pan a bit when I rotated it during the cook.

Garbage frittata … emptied out the fridge. Onion, bell pepper, spinach, artichoke hearts, sundried tomato, queso  fresco, a dash of chimichurri, feta, ricotta, cheddar. Maybe a few other things I needed to use up.

I’ll help clean out the fridge anytime. I work for frittatas.
You spelt that wrong “freetatas” 😬

Yum.  Probably grape flavored (looks like the same box as mine).  She is in for quite a ride.

Best part of my experience was the post-exam sushi lunch.

It was the wifey. She had a colonoscopy this morning.

And for those that want to know:
I did a reverse sear with caveman style finish. She didn’t appreciate it! It burned too much. 😬

If the rain rain will let up, I’ll be cheffing some venison backstrap fajitas for dinner tonight.

@MasterC - what's in the glass?  Looks like blonde water...Great fork placement for the bonus points. That beef $$ shot tells it all.  Great cook!
