Not a cook, per se. Was making some snacks for kids, so made some of these for the grownups- graham crackers dipped in dark choc, and finished with spicy seasoned salt. They were pretty tasty.

Forty once sirloin tip roast seasoned with garlic salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper and Italian seasoning. Smoked with white oak at 220° until internal temperature reached 105°. Rested 10 minutes while egg heated up. Seared at 550°,pulled at 130°

Beans and BBQ chops tonight.
Ground sirloin, bacon, onion, beans; great northern, butter, red kidney and vancamp pork and bean, katsup, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, molasses, mustard and salt
Smoked over hickory for an hour at 250°-260° then covered and bumped up to to 300° for two hours.
Removed beans and held in oven at 150° and set up egg for the chops
Cooked chops indirect at 350° for 40 minutes turning and applying sauce maybe 4times?
