Because we're celebrating Thanksgiving today I'm currently waiting for VOCs to burn off of 30+ pounds of fresh lump - which takes a while.

It all starts with this…Same base for my Chili as well which does well in competition along with Pozole …For Pozole it’s added to a Pork Stock hominy that I Nixtalamize

Currently sitting in an airport.  Was supposed to fly to Vegas with the wife today.  Job got crazy hectic and had to cancel my flight.  About 4pm could see the light at the end of the tunnel and got the board cleared for tomorrow, so was planning to just drive to Vegas.  Then wife called and found a late flight instead, so hustled home threw a bag together and off to the airport.  Roller coaster of a last few days.  Hopefully only work a half day tomorrow then hit the strip.

Point of this ramble, security folks stopped my bag and were chuckling and looking and me.  I packed a pair of heels that the wife forgot and let’s just say I don’t look like the heel wearing type.  Nothing against them, I would just injure myself in them.

edit: not as embarrassing as mixing my bag up with another couple in Mexico and when security opened the bag it was full of depends.  Which honestly wasn’t as bad as it could have been.  Security guard and I both were getting a surprise as he opened it.
