@lkapigian - Recently consumed your recommended Sardines in the habanero puree. Those had some solid kick to them. Next up is Jamaican jerk spiced rockfish. Thanks for the link.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Loving these posts, even though these particular offerings are nothing I’ve ever seen in store. Feel like I’d love to see you do a blind tasting. -

breakfast this morning straight from the tin, absolutely delicious. the heat is perfect. pricey though, maybe keep some for fishermans eggs or just a good rye toast with pickled onions.

A delicacy from JIC’s neck of the woods. Sweet and salty. Surprisingly, kids were not fans, but it was a hit with the adults (and I’m not even a snacker).

In Ocracoke for a few days for some R&R during the kids’ summer break. Thankful to all of you on this forum who recommended Ocracoke in the past. First time here since the boys were born. Easily at the top of our list of favorite places.Got a little tired of pizza and sandwiches, so stopped at the variety store and cooked. Some chicken with a garlic cream sauce, garlic butter green beans and garlic bread. No vampires will be in sight tonight.
