Thanks for posting the recipe, we'll be trying this the next time we do Shepherd's Pie. I miss it.

Pulled pork on toasted wonder bread with havarti cheese, some Henry Bain`s Famous Sauce and a side of deviled egg potatoe salad.
I think I might have another
Cheers

First time making cheese straws. Won’t be the last.

Snow day, just shy of 10”. Nostalgic bologna sandwich with some air fried poppers, topped with raspberry jalapeño jelly. Really hitting my culinary stride.

Saw a EweTube "short" on this, just bizarre enough I had to try it for lunch today. A grilled-cheese sandwich, with kimchee in it.
I used American because it's what I had; he used Brie which I'd bet is even better.___________"When small men begin to cast big shadows, it means that the sun is about to set."

My son’s teacher’s first name is Kim-Chi. -
@GrateEggspectations - i'm a fan of many things fermented, and that's a good looking jar of shtuff. However, I'll wager that you can beat that.
Brad Leone had a great vid/recipe for a Brussels sprouts kimchi. I shared some with a Korean colleague, and she couldn't believe that I made it (she was likely being polite). When talking kimchi, I doubt there's such a thing as too heavy of a hand with gochugaru
Edit- There are many types of kimchi... of which I have made maybe two.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -
@caliking, I googled on Brad Leone and the 1st hit is his Instagram post featuring what's now his new Christmas tradition cook... multi-day marinated brisket, smoked 15 hours in Traeger then steamed. The spices and process sound like my MSM

@fishlessman - those are some great combos right there. I need to commandeer the sandwich police and find a place like that around here. Sweet!
