The nod to @Canugghead was because I was running the pizza oven he forced me to buy. Lol.@Campbell2N
Thank you. That table is was something that I bought in a sad state off Kijiji many years back. I painstakingly sanded it and applied a new stain. Although very big, it’s proven helpful, as I can use it as a buffet or to hold some coolers when hosting. Got a nice table cover that fits perfectly too.Pizzas from scratch were on the menu. We were short on time, so picked a recipe with a very quick rise. Hit the spot, but I need to keep working on my pizza game! -
Very nice. Pesto on the first one.

Spent the day skiing with the family and am now smoking two racks of pork ribs on the MM for dinner. There’s something great about smoking in the snow. Used some SPG dry rub and made the glaze from this wing recipe (which I love!) for saucing later. Should be garlirrific, as I was ridiculously heavy-handed. https://www.theendlessmeal.com/sweet-and-sticky-honey-garlic-chicken-wings/

A little APL Charred and Scruffed Habanero Syrup basted double bone cut pork chops. Power went out mid cook just as I was about to put the sides on, so pork chops it was.

Straight forward 8.5# butt. Wanted to do something with plenty of leftovers since TX is about to go into another lovely deep freeze (those of y'all that suffer through these routinely, bless your hearts)

@GrateEggspectations Nice view/setup in and out you got there. Problem with my oven is the flame goes out if it's very windy and I turn down the heat. Re tank#1, did you open the valve fast by any chance? doing so could trigger the safety mechanism that restricts gas flow.

Re tank#1, did you open the valve fast by any chance? doing so could trigger the safety mechanism that restricts gas flow.Thanks. I only cook in the front when there’s snow in the forecast, as it’s covered whereas the other Eggs aren’t.A good thought. Honestly, I don’t know if my tank is equipped with such a mechanism. I opened and closed it probably a dozen time while troubleshooting (often slowly), and it simply wouldn’t ignite.

I believe the mandatory safety mechanism (flow limiter) is built into the tank valve/regulator.

My caulking skills are much better than my cake decorating, baby girl’s birthday tomorrow. Talked her through making French toast and berry compote for dinner this evening. No pictures, but she got full props from her little brother that she would beat Bobby Flay. I’m working on her skills so she can help cook more when the babies show up. Cake was a box mix, homemade frosting.

Priceless engagements right there-way to get them involved, independent of the Bobby Flay challenge...I'm sure she would win!Chex Mix for the munchies. Winner all around!Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
