I guess butts were in the air today. Rubbed with Alburkirky Sweet Red. Spent most of it’s time at 260. Wrapped in BP when the bark set. Probably could have used another 45 minutes but I was getting impatient. It was edible.

Tri tip with garlic butter egg noodles and roasted carrots
Three cup chicken over cauliflower rice
Cleaning out the fridge: fish sticks w/ old bay mayo, refried beans, and salad
Breakfast tortilla - cheddar, refried beans, and soft scrambled eggs, topped with fire roasted tomato salsa.  Bacon and sausage on the side.

Right up my alley! Going to look up Kenji's ctm recipe. Please don't tell me you dump the marinade after removing the chicken.

btw, I'm also in the grid bars running north-south camp, easier to clean and lift out. Noticed few eggers with bars running east-west recently, interesting. To each his own, and I'm ocd
