Well, the are beautiful. Mine is champion of nothing except barking at the Amazon guy and getting scared of the automatic trash lid. He’s a good dude though.poster said:

My folks are talking about downsizing. He literally can’t keep up the 5 acres with the house and the 2 acres with rental house. We found them an excellent 2 bedroom in a prized 55 plus community. Mom wants it, Dad is sabotaging the deal with a lowball offer. Arrgh!

My estimate is that it’s 40k low 200k offered. The house across the street with 200sf more sold for $269,000.00. The only thing the house needs is new flooring in the bedrooms and a new HVAV within 5 years. Houses in this 55 plus neighborhood sell within a week. They know people who live there. I told him to hire an appraiser. The neighborhood they live in is unregulated and one person cooks meth. I want him to sell while he can.kl8ton said:

About to lay some wood (mallet) to Florida stone crab claws. Went down this rabbit hole last year thanks to @Florida Grillin Girl. A do-over initially was not in the plan but... one more time.Glad this has now become an annual banquet-ordered enough to enjoy downstream. Celebrating Veteran's Day in style.🇺🇸⚓️🥃🍺

Chasing temps….
I bought a small batch dryer for corn, runs on pto and propane. The guy I bought it from is an organic farmer so his corn
is always wet. Anyway he was going over the machine and said the regulator is real finicky and they have to tweak it throughout the day.All I could think of is chasing temps with the egg. I haven’t touched the regulator in two days.South of Columbus, Ohio. -

found this on google, must cause the brits nightmaresEvery day each goose leaves abundant feathers and 2-4 pounds of excrement, causing leaks and rooftop damage from clogged drains and ponding water. Their sharp hind nail makes punctures upon landing, ruining the integrity of the roofing membrane.
