Yep, and as bad as this one is, back when I lived in Texas the HOA hired a contractor to drive around the neighborhood and look for violations WEEKLY. I got a notice that I only had 1 tree in my front yard where the requirement was two trees. I bought the house with one tree in the front yard and the HOA signed off on the purchase of the house in that condition. However I kept getting threats so I planted the tiniest tree I could find just to be done with it.

Looking forward to when my kid graduates so I don't have to worry about living in the right school district and move out to the country.
Why the hell would they have a requirement for two trees in your front yard, do you all have hammocks? I have two trees in my front yard and it's not necessarily a good thing. They're huge old maple trees and they're constantly dropping things onto my front yard, like squirrels and branches. The squirrels leave the lawn almost right after they fall onto it but the branches just sit there and do nothing. The least they could do is try to blend in a little bit more with the grass. Hell, even the squirrels were hard to see on the lawn sometimes, because all of their edges are so fuzzy, so it's hard to tell where the squirrel ends and the lawn starts. The branches though, most of them aren't fuzzy on the edges at all. It's that contrast of sharp edges next to the grass that. makes me see the branches there, and it also highlights their unwillingness to leave like the squirrels do.

Honestly, it sucks because lawn care is not easy for me and my dead bones. I force myself to do it, because I know that's better for me than sitting on the couch, but it's not easy, even just picking up branches is hard. I have half a mind to have someone come here and cut the old branches and all the squirrels out before every storm hits. I'd do it myself but my wife's family is part squirrel and it just seems wrong somehow, for to be the one to do it.

Ha, so much bad surrounding HOA’s when we tried to start one we got shunned. Our neighborhood was platted early 1910. No dice getting 60% of the residents to agree to it. We only had one rule, no short term rentals. (Actually no rentals under 120 days.)

Making spaghetti, and wishing I had more counter space on this side.  144sq.ft of counters are not enough.

Is your water bad?  Is that why you drink ultra?  A water replacement drink?  😁  Sketti looks great!

Two reasons, I have a fridge full of it from a party in April and I want my space back.  And secondly, I lost a bunch of weight, but slacked off and gained a decent amount back.  Figure this isn't as bad as real beer.

A little break in the vacay schedule so I thought I'd share some photos of the trip thus far. Some from my drone some from iPhone.

Awesome.  I love this because it’s helpful for me to argue to the wife for both a vacation in Hawaii and a drone!

    Right?!
Even if I get a few hours off (in the form of a huge rain or something because I never actually get caught up) and I decide to troll john on the forum or reddit or something swmbo will walk by and say, "big day huh? you have a pile of paperwork in your office to go through".

Was moving this Costco treadmill to another room. Now it's going back to Costco.  Their installers stripped every screw.  Every. Single.  One.
