@caliking… there was a lot of that going on there. Most of them were permanent residents now with weights epoxied to their shells to balance them out

I'm just curious why you would put that it in this thread when you know that this thread has been deleted in the past for similar situations. I don't think I've seen speakers cause a thread to disappear....JohnInCarolina said:

To complete the loop on this morning’s char siu. After hanging just over two hours indirect at 350 till IT 170ish, applied finishing glaze and quick seared direct for char.
