Picking blueberries, flea treating Dads dog, installed their new freezer, sorted out Mom’s cell phone problems ( don’t buy a Motorola phone) getting ready for tomorrow’s barbecue chicken cookout. Salsa, bbq sauce, and rub already made, chicken and hamburger already bought. Will have to use a gasser unfortunately.

Looks like someone accidentally(?) shared some of their spank bank.  I thought this was a family forum.

Took a break from all social media and internet the last couple of weeks. It has been pretty rough. Lost of our own to a freak traffic accident. Along with everything else going on in the world, it was needed. Tonight grilling, listening to some music and hanging out with the wife on a relatively cool summer night.

Appreciate it. I didn’t know him personally, but it is a reminder that each of us have a number and you never know when it is called.

In a heat advisory up here, lasting thru Monday.  Upper 90's and a DP around 75.  Betting you have it much worse.

I don’t know, will check later.  That’s the temp in my shop, which is a metal box in the sun.   Down to 93F now.  I’m acclimated to the heat.  Few years ago when I was chugging handles of Evan Williams, I would have lasted 30 minutes before seeking air conditioned refuge.  Now no big deal as long as I stay hydrated

Been into him and Cody Jinks lately. We will be heading to the NorCal coast in early July for a week and they will certainly be playing while at the beach house.

Just got home from a week in Southern Florida. Girlfriend’s kid graduated and instead of the senior cruise he wanted to do a week long diving trip.. had his best friend and family down, along with an “adopted uncle”
Shot fish for 3 days. Limited on Hogfish, and close to  limit on mangrove snapper. Also shot yellow jack and black grouper. Wound up with about 75lb total of cleaned filets

Third and 4th days we were supposed to be just diving vs shooting fish. But second dive outfit we went with were such ass hats we canceled all our dives with them.. they lost about 2k in business.

Took a trip to the turtle hospital which was fun to tour. Also toured Hemingway’s house and saw his 6 toed cats.

Trip was fun but not everything we had hoped. Me and her decided in the future if we do something similar; just going to stay closer to home and book with the groups we know. If we had done that as well, we could have brought the pups as well and a little more relaxed environment

I was a sucker and had to give it a try as I'm a fan of the show. It's usually always a let down when brands say spicy or hot but these Pringles are true to their word. I've enjoyed them so far.

Helping with an event at the Southern Nevada Veteran’s Nursing Home, for which my wife works. Every year they put on a Father’s Day classic car show for the residents. 

This is the first year that they have been able to do it in the last few years.

Just got word I passed my Texas licensing exam. 

Official paperwork should be in hand in less than 10 days so once I get that I can start working part time until my notice finishes here
