@kl8ton, That's a gut wrencher. Happened to my oldest when she was 4. Glad she is ok.

  • @kl8ton so sorry brother. I know that’s brutal. Happened to my sister in kindergarten. Definitely a terrifying time. Pray she gets better soon! Thank God it wasn’t near her eyes.

If it’s any consolation to her when my sister got bit she had over 100 stitches in her face and she healed up and looked exactly the same. It will pass.

Thanks again all and thanks @Killit_and_Grillit for the words of affirmation about the lasting effect.  Today she is putting puzzles together and resting.

Thanks gents.   I did Lane‘s Kapalua on the cod.   I did a combo of kosher salt, Hardcore Black, and Meehan‘s ribeye on the sirloin.
That Kapalua rub is incredible on salmon.

@kl8ton so sorry to hear about your accident. Hopefully it won't hurt her love of dogs. Prayers for ou daughter and family.

$770 deep into a vet bill so far. Woke up and the cat had thrown up in several places and was super lethargic. Waiting on test and x-ray results to know more.

My dog stole and ate a box of foil wrapped fig bars last week. So far he has pooped out one wrapper and puked up another. No vet bills so far.

The way it vibrates the seeds into the soil is pretty cool. I did several acres with it. Makes it easy to get good coverage.

  • I just saw that my Friends at Wolverine Boots (I worked there for 15 years) are doing a collaboration with Old Rip Van Winkle distillery. The boots are priced accordingly (but they are pretty sweet).

I have a pair of the 1000 Mile boots. I have always liked Wolverine.

I have a couple of them as well from my time there. was a great place to work back in the day. Was like working on a pirate ship. Frat House is an understatement. But, that type of work place did not stand the test of time so they are all corporate now (rightfully so- surprised nobody died)

$400 for Van Winkle bourbon around here would be considered a deal.  Never mind the boots.   B)
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

I do not have the seed box. In harder soils it is hard to calibrate. I spread all my fert. and Sol-U-Cal first. Then half my seed, aero-vate and then the other half of the seed.  Works well for me in the piedmont. Falcon Blend seed for me.
