Made a egged bacon cheeseburger and fries for dinner. Added some caramelized onions too. Good eats. Yes that’s ranch don’t judge me...

Post this in the throwdown thread!  Worth $11 to Operation BBQ Rescue for every cook posted in there!

  • @SGH like the pit. We are doing another hog roast in October and the host concreted in a pit for this year rather than the dirt pit we had last year.  Looking forward to it as we basically camp in Iowa in October, which is a bit chilly, but we have  lot of good clean fun and call it a men’s retreat.  Plan is a 300 lb hog this year, we’re going need a few extra hands to drop it in the hole.

Thanks man. Wasn’t trying to say only me. Just with not working since the beginning of April and covid, it has been hard being motivated to do just about anything. lol

Got my forklift stuck last night, fought with it for about an hour before saying "F*CK IT!" and locking up and heading home.  Met a buddy with a 5 foot pry bar from hell and we got it out at lunch today.   Then I was opening a crate of pressed tin for our spare bedroom/office and stabbed my palm pretty deep with my sharp AF Benchmade.  Had to pick up a prescription at Walgreens and thought, hey, maybe they'll give me a tetanus shot!... but noooo....pharmacist was OOO.

I am definitely transitioning to escape velocity as the Oakland A's just won their first playoff series since 2006.  And since they last won one the club did get the opportunity to go 1-11. I am cruising thru LEO and will definitely find my way back for the OBR Zoom session Friday 5 PM EDT kick off.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

@Battleborn- know at the time it can be less than pleasant, but that stuck me as funny and had to laugh. We have all been there and misery loves company.

Mines been chewed enough that my back goes straight to legs.

That game was crazy.  Starters combined for 7 outs!  I counted 15 pitcher changes.   Not sure if it was mismanagement by the Sox, or best they could have done.

Intentional walk in the 4th? to count as 3rd batter for Rondon so they can pull him, to load the bases, then bring in a rookie in a high leverage situation (winner take all 3rd game) to walk in 2 runs!?  Just crazy.

Spare me your sob story. Get back to me when your team loses 18 straight postseason games (-: If my outlook on life relied on the merits of Minnesota sports I don't think I would be able to get out of bed in the morning.

I ran out of concrete and the dirt was hidden by ground cover.  Just one rear turning wheel slipped off and it grounded the frame and made a front drive wheel come off the ground.  Basically used the pry bar to tilt the weight back on the drive wheel and they both connected and drove it out.  Every time I've gotten this stuck (three times) it has been different.

Little earlier tonight measured the stairs height for my mezzanine.  I will probably cut it down to 8 feet.

Stabbed myself with my Benchmade Osborne removing straps from some crates.  Bled like hell, deep in the palm.  Rode bike over to Walgreens to pick up a prescription and they had Tetanus shots!
