I have no idea how much all that stuff weighs but I think I'd make an effort to do some maths and see if the load center is at a point where an abundance of caution would be prudent.“Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.” ― Philip K. Diçk -
I kept the load low. 14 foot length. 5500 capacity. Probably 1200 lbs centered 6-7 feet from the front wheel. I wasn't worried. Now I wouldn't lift to the top.... 3 mast______________________________________________I love lamp..

Just started the thaw and wet age process for this 14 lb brisket.
The wet age may be shortened just to get to the cook.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
Got a tray of ten boneless skinless chicken thighs. Probably just going to rub them and grill them direct. Thinking about using some in a pot pie if I still have a can of condensed soup.

On the Zoom with the sausage fest experts. Great skill set and a whole lot of work! Props to @The Cen-Tex Smoker and @20stone for powering thru. Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
