Thanks @thetrim. In my case a lifetime of habitual drinking instantly switched to full blown alcoholism about 18 months ago. Literally a switch flipped, and It was scary as hell. All of a sudden I could not stop and lost all ability to control intake, as you can imagine it was very bad for my life and relationships. Tried on my own for over a year to stop but finally had to admit I needed to go to inpatient treatment.XL BGE, Blackstone, Roccbox, Weber Gasser, Brown Water, Cigars -- Gallatin, TN

Just spatchcocked a chicken and put it in the fridge to marinate. I used the last of the jar of Walkerswood Jerk paste and thinned it out with olive oil and orange juice. Also bought a bag of Rockwood. When I left ACE had one more bag of Rockwood on the shelf but there were about 15 bags of Cowboy if that's your thing.

Some jerk thighs. Blended an extra Scotch Bonnet into the usual paste (Levi Roots), so hotter than normal. Also did potato wedges with some curry spice mix, which were good.
