@JohnInCarolina some of the same issues here with socializing, last weekend was a disaster in terms of social distancing but school also hadn’t started.  Problem here is how many students live off campus. This time around I don’t think the students will leave town if they forced more online versus in the spring except for those that have to.  We are going to see a spike here but hope in about 3 weeks everything is back to whatever is considered normal these days.  University has also put good effort into accommodating staff/faculty with health concerns.

Also - short apology for the shot at this yesterday with you, stressful start here with some folks screaming “the sky is falling” when in reality it isn’t and have no empathy for anything but their own interests.  Just want folks to respect each other and put forth some respectful effort for all parties involved, as I’m sure you see this where you are as well.
Apology accepted.  No worries.  We're all on kind of a short fuse these days.

    Where are you located again?

This recipe makes almost 2 quarts. I have a Cuisinart yogurt/sorbet maker.

    1 quart half and half
    2.5 cups of sugar
    6oz lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
    zested rind of 2 lemons

Combine everything and whisk until sugar mostly dissolved. Took 30 minutes to freeze in my machine.

Way to stay the course and emerge victorious. Great stretch run to seal the win.  Congrats.

@Yno - may have been late but at least on the same day and at the correct location.  Two weeks ago it turned out I had what amounted to an impromptu "delivery off" between the 3 and 5 letter company.  It only happened because the 5 letter company got my package within 80 miles of my house on Saturday then crossed state lines and took it 130 miles away on Monday and delivered it Weds, fortunately not perishable.  Total time from shipping confirmed (Las Vegas) to delivery was 8 days.
Now the 3 letter deal.  Placed an order Monday AM (same date as above Monday) shipping from San Antonio, arrived the same Weds; 2 days and it was "free shipping."  There is no question when I have a choice.   B)

Basically. They want 6-12 months to pay. Nope. Go get a loan. I’m not in the business of waiting to be paid.
