@Battleborn @caliking thanks y’all. My son helped and we had a lot of fun cooking today.
    Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
                                                                                                                          YukonRon

Thank you brother. When I leave I will take some shots from the air to post. They are suppose to give me a double flyover when I leave. The shots from above will give a much representation of the ship 👍

Working.  Production DB maintenance went bad because automatic windows updates were installed on one machine which was to be excluded this weekend from other maintenance. 3 weeks of planning, 4 people working overnight and 4 hours into execution of  a custom made app of what was to be a 10 hour run (in a maintenance window where we had 12 hours to complete it all) all thrown away because someone forgot to uncheck a box before they left Friday.
The three practice runs went perfectly.

    pi$$ed.

@Foghorn I'll be in SA until Wed.  I'd say call me but my phone is kaput.  Hopefully I'll be sporting a new one tomorrow.

@YEMTrey I'm so sorry for your loss of Rocky Dawg. I know how much it hurts.
A few weeks back while listening to a podcast I heard a psychic medium mention that our dearly loved pets attach themselves to our souls when they die. When you pass and enter heaven, they will be right there with you.

Yeah, most are in Europe that are available and the one or two that are in the US people are asking 200 bucks for, the thing retails for 50.

Edit, 70 bucks us retail. But still, that's a hell of a markup!

I guess, I'm making biscuits now.
I heard a dull "thud" from inside the kitchen, wasn't sure what it was.  When I opened the frig to refill my iced tea, a roll of biscuits fell off the shelf, it had popped on its own.
The last time I made biscuits from a tube, they didn't rise and weren't very good; I checked the expiration date and it was from 3 years ago or so.  I checked the expiration on this tube, and its today, 8 Dec 2019!!  Those guys at Pillsbury have this down.   :o
