Balsamic glazed salmon with a grilled caprese "salad". Pictures may be awful, but it tasted great.

Getting ready to start my morning...

Sweet!  Chose the fast lane as well!  Miss swimming. Used to do a mile a day through college and the first 5 years out of college. Then bought a house.  Never got back to it. Miss it.  Enjoy the peace and quiet!

Thanks. I’m surprised they still let us get in the pool while it’s still dark. I’m in the pool 3 mornings a week. Outside during the summer months is the best. Seeing the water change as the sun comes up is awesome.

Some jalapeño meatloaf. I'm a bbq sauce kind of guy. My wife is a ketchup type for meatloaf. So I went half and half.

@blasting you can share that wing recipe with me as well.!!

Unwinding from another long weekend. The hours I don't mind, it's being understaffed with the long hours that gets me.

I digress, came home to help my dad celebrate his 66th birthday. This one is special, had a close call back in late January early February. Got him a 1.5" fresh cut Ribeye ...grilled at his house vs mine.

And wrapping up the day laying in bed watching Star Trek Re-runs

That is a celebration right there.

Just drove across campus to a client site. Saw three pairs of butt cheeks hanging out of shorts. It's evident that I chose the correct route....Gotta love a college campus

sitting here, 2 weeks post rotator cuff surgery, pissed that i haven't had any egged food in over 3 weeks now. Its been misery in this damned sling. I cook actually cook one-handed but my deck is covered with snow/ice. FUDGE!
Gata......I feel your pain......I'm 9 weeks out from rotator cuff surgery, hated that f'ing sling.  Ultimate question......how are you sleeping?  At that stage if I got 2-3 hrs a night it was great, lots of recliner time.  It does get better in 4 more weeks when you start PT, just doesn't get any shorter.  Go Slow!!

Ha!  No fraternity life for me in college.  I was on the crew team at UNH, and that was crazy enough.
