Just tried a place down the road in Ocean Springs that I have been wanting to try for a while. Not to shabby.

@SGH I don't think I've ever seen crawfish in August before....how were they?

I never knew such a thing existed. I normally just use some electrical cable for that sort of job.

The crawfish was pretty good. Not great, but well worth eating. With that said, the crab and shrimp was excellent. They made up for the crawfish.
If I had to go out on a limb I would say that the crawfish was probably pond raised. Like yourself, I seldom see crawfish in August.

Most of the weekend the weekend has been spent getting the kid’s room/backpack/etc ready for school.  Just opened a very well deserved beer, that’ll help the adults get ready for the work week.

I agree. I just bought a new zero turn and still don’t want the mess with the grass. It’s just been to hot for to long.

Cruising on the open road in a rig of your dreams is tough to beat.  As you well know, you have a sweet ride right there.
BTW- I know I don't have the skill set to take such a great pic while driving the car-he!! I can't take a decent one standing in front of my BGE.  ;)

The in-laws stained the egg table this past week, so the Mrs. cleaned the gasser and everything else.  I’m a lucky man!

Trying to figure out if my first turbo butt was as good as low and slow. Good flavor, better bark. But, some stringy parts in center. A little fattier too, great for Keto
You can’t get to Loganville, Ga from anywhere. You have to start somewhere else

The ribs came out pretty dang good. The Mrs and I both liked honey hog hot considerably better. But my 5yr old daughter likes regular honey hog. Can’t go wrong with either.
