Went to the farmers market and got some fresh green beens, sautéed in garlic and butter, with some aged cheddar we grab from some polygamists at the same maket. Paired with a Sous vide Costco strips, seared in a cast iron skillet. Pretty solid end to the weekend. Now food coma on the couch.

Well, the road to hell is paved with good intentions...and ideas. This worked for a while, but the fan motor would periodically cut off (thermal fuse) and that's bad for the compressor.Tomorrow the appliance part places are open, should be good to go with a new dual run capacitor. Took the day off to deal with this fiasco.Rigged up a portable unit for the bedroom....House got as hot as 87F today. I HATE the heat. I sweat gallons today.______________________________________________I love lamp.. -
@nolaegghead - just don't get one of those aluminum foil wrapped, oil filled capacitors! Had a run/start cap blow up on a windy day and had foil bits all over the back yard while replacing on a nasty, hot humid summer day.Ubi panis, ibi patria.

Very nice, the owner of our company is an avid collector and a frequent buyer at the Barrett Jackson auctions. We have Jackson type auctions 4 times a year for the ones he pulls out of his collection or doesn't need. Jay Leno and him trade cars and is a buyer at our auctions from time to time.DoubleEgger said:

Unwinding from another long weekend. The hours I don't mind, it's being understaffed with the long hours that gets me.
I digress, came home to help my dad celebrate his 66th birthday. This one is special, had a close call back in late January early February. Got him a 1.5" fresh cut Ribeye ...grilled at his house vs mine.

And wrapping up the day laying in bed watching Star Trek Re-runs
