This stupid condo is going to be the death of me. Been trying to get it listed on the market, but it's fighting back pretty hard.

It's sitting empty and luckily the neighbor called today and said they had some water seeping through the wall.

@dmw didn’t steal all of my Chile Verde. Bacon Gouda Mushroom Omelette topped with the goodness for dinner after a long day of regret.
I've been kind of busy, haven't had time to plan, let alone execute, the clandestine operation. The rest of the week doesn't look good either, so you might be in the clear.

Oh, and I'd pay really good money for that right about now.

Which one should I get? 2-3 deer per year plus I will dive into making pork and beef snausages.

Looking hard at the cabelas carnivore or LEM big bite #12 with the .75hp motors. Is that overkill?

The LEM is 30 bucks more in that size.

In the #8 .5hp size, the LEM is about 25 bucks cheaper than the cabelas.

    Probably overkill at that volume.

How much meat will you get off each deer that you will grind?  40 pounds?  That takes 5 minutes with the #8 LEM (which is what I have).  I found it on sale at Academy for cheap.

You spend a tiny fraction of time actually grinding with any of these 0.5 HP or stronger grinders compared to the time you spend prepping the meat, mixing in spices and stuffing.

I've got a 1HP Cabelas brand grinder. They really are over-built and pretty damn awesome looking if you care about that sort of thing. I think Weston is the manufacturer but I'm not sure.

    Real.

The worst part of it, at least for me, is the clogged up ears feeling.  Feels like I got marbles jammed in my ears and I can't hear shiit. I keep waiting for that glorious pop when the pressure in my tubes finally releases. Going to open a bottle of my finest YellowTail when it does.   Tried to schedule an appointment with an ENT and the soonest they could see me was sometime in the year 2045.  #MAGA
