Braving the 59 deg weather. Some friends came over and I got done late with work, so wiping up some quick chicken thighs, crosscut ribs, and carna asada.

No photos, but finally got banana fosters dialed. Right consistency of banana, sauce, and flavors. Found I like a dark coffee rum, salted butter, green bananas, and fluffy dark brown sugar. Also do it by weight, not volume. Trust the process and do everything quickly. Sugar won’t dissolve in the butter until you add the bananas, not sure if it’s the water content in the banana or something else, also temp steady at 275 seems just about right.

I would love to see Buffalo win this year, get the 0-4 off their back.Fwiw, I don't blame Mahomes, flopping/acting is rampant in soccer, basketball, with wide receivers in the NFL, etc. It's the refs and the league that are to blame here.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER
