I didn't have any proof that it was them, but it had to be them. I have since installed cameras and such around the house. His prices are so cheap I don't want to fire him. $35 a week to take care of the yard. He has never raised his prices.alaskanassasin said:
They should have owned up to it. You call them out? I had a landscape company and we did the same thing through a bay window, dudes security system called him before I knew what happenedHook_emHornsfan_74 said:

Rescued another IP from the landfill. Only problem was the damaged lid with melted plastic that prevented it from closing...

easy fix...
wouldn't have happened if the previous owner knew to rest the lid in either handle's slot instead of on a hot stove...
Nice to have an emergency backup or cooking multiple dishes, e.g. yogurt making ties up our IP for eight hours.canuckland -
So deep into cooking that you think about having an “emergency backup” iP.Canugghead said:Rescued another IP from the landfill. Only problem was the damaged lid with melted plastic that prevented it from closing...

@GrateEggspectations haha, see my edit ^^^ re yogurt making. Yes our IP needed emergency circuit board solder fix when we had all the ingredients ready to go.canuckland

Wimping out and realizing those laps of the sun bring a whole host of downsides as has been posted on the forum but I was out in 91*F (air temp-F' heat index) and was getting my a$$ handed to me. Not like the days when I could run in this heat/humidity for many miles and enjoy it.I don't know how those in the desert SW manage it other than to revert to covid behaviour (nod) and stay inside. But I would rather hot than cold regarding air temperature. Just finished up work and taking the afternoon off to begin celebrating my birthday. I turned 54 today so I’m going to contemplate life with the help of this cocktail. Cheers friends.

@Ragingirishman2 - congratulations on the successful completion of another lap of the sun. It is way more than one cocktail hot out there. Enjoy the day and celebration.

Just got back from a week in Mammoth/Yosemite. It is a great place, especially if you get out to the spots that aren’t “touristy”. Other than the beach, there is no other place I’d rather be.JohnInCarolina said:@Battleborn - not sure where you are, but it’s beautiful.Las Vegas, NV -

@Battleborn way to get out and enjoy the surroundings. Spectacular, however, like you I will always vote for the ocean beach. A great way to recharge for the daily unscripted challenges you and your family face.Your community and us here appreciate all that you do for their safety and well-being.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. When we first moved to Nevada, I worked for ~8 months at the Naval Underwater Warfare Center in Hawthorne, NV. We spent a lot of time in Yosemite during that time on the weekends that I didn’t commute back to Vegas. There is a ton of area to explore.lkapigian said:
