I do not recommend learning how much heat is added, how long it dwells, and what the response time is during a cook, but if you like to feel out of control the whole time, this os a fun way to learn.

Went a day early on our lamb shoulder due to family commitments all Sunday.
2kgs, 4 hours and then 45 mins rest. Marinade and recipes from BGE; https://www.biggreenegg.co.uk/r/slow-cooked-lamb-shoulder
Served with mint raita, feta salad and a rose Sancerre.

I like all the angles and backstories they cover. The Haas racing team has 212 employees. A comment from the Ferrari team (I think) was that at any given time, they have that many employees on vacation! The money is insane.JohnInCarolina said:

Our first visit to the Rhone American Cemetery - Easter 2022Catherine and I have been very fortunate to have visited many American military cemeteries across the world - mostly in Europe. All are quite stunning and stirring. 851 of America's best are interred on 12 acres in the village of Draguignan, just north of the Cote d'Azur.A few pictures of another emotional visit to one of ABMC's sites.
The only open air chapel in ABMC's cemeteries. We were quite ... can't seem to capture the moment in words.
The grave of T SGT Ward M. Sackal. Married, then off immediately to war. His wife is still alive and periodically sends flowers to his grave. The ABMC representative continues to be moved at this after more than 65 years - so are we.
So many memories and new stories told on each of our visits. Anyone who gets the chance, should jump on the opportunity. God bless all who serve and have served, especially those who have given so much so that...Always act so that you can tell the truth about how you act.
