Hahaha it’s still pretty new. It’s been raining here nonstop since I bought it. I’ve probably cooked on it more this week then the entire time I’ve owned it.JohnInCarolina said:

Would John’s minimax be considered an epicenter or just a hot spot?

That looks mighty fine. I'd chow down on it in my PJs, on the couch as well, if I could get rid of the others for a bit.Legume said:No egging for this, just a simple, veg-heavy, green chicken curry last night.

Was looking at the Anova website for a recipe and saw the following for pulled pork. Wonder how many servings i will have to eat to look like this?.....

Hmm, my Woo doesn't have those vertical handles that poke up through the grate; that would be very convenient!Woadie said:

Nachos. Served with homemade chilli and guac.

Mine for the LBGE and SBGE both have the handles. I could be wrong but I believe that is the difference between the WOO and the PSWOO. The PSWOO or plate setter woo have the handles so you can lift it all out as one.Botch said:

Yeah I use them on my large if I have to add more lump. I just got this one for the small so I haven’t had to use the handles yet. More of a just in case.Botch said:

Another with the SBGE and Woo /stone rig that has handles and this is some 5-6 years on. Would occasionally present a wrestling match if not there.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.
