And fwiw, Papa Murphy’s (de facto worldwide definition of pizza) doesn’t have asparagus as a choice, therefore it’s not ok on pizza.

They call it psychology today because they can't predict psychology tomorrow. Are these the people that should be in charge of psychology at all? I mean .. come on right? They should call it psychology till midnight and let the people that have the future of psychology in mind, start something like psychology of tomorrow. With the psychologists of tomorrow, I'm hoping you skip us and F some guys from the future instead. That would seem logical.

I'm going with a prosuitto wrapped asparagus pizza with feta, kalamata olives, soy, balsamic, brown sugar drizzle pizza over a papa Murphy pizza.  Being insane I can do this....and I have an axe

We picked wild asparagus this past weekend. We will blanch it and freeze it for future use.

We’ve done asparagus pizzas.  Not presentation worthy if you chop up the asparagus, but you get better distribution.  White pizza with asparagus and bacon and some smoked cheese (eg Gouda) is pretty good.  Blanch it first if it’s thick.

    happy peeing.

Figs would be great. Goat cheese, stuffed with a walnut and the glaze. I'm happy

All this “asparagus *ss kicking”  aside something that I discovered over 50 years ago which is kick butt in bloody Marys, omelets and even as a slight topping on pizza is a product called Tillen Farms Pickled Classic Asparagus. I’ve never even attempted to make it myself, but just buy jars of it. Don’t laugh until you try it and don’t blame me when you get hooked like we did over 50 years ago!

Sweet based or dill based, I always have some extra .  I can make those with the hot pickled green beans.  It's a weekend treat on the boat and it never lasts

Ummm ... I'm sorry if I'm late .. but I'm here for the asparagus a$$ kicking. The tender tops .. the fibrous bottoms . It doesn't really matter to me or my a$$ but some kind of asparagus has to kick my a$$ at some point.

Listen, I put up with like three years of other vegetables kicking my a$$, only to work up to the asparagus, and that's after a long discussion between me and my a$$ on whether a green bean could be used instead, or whether if we went to an unscrupulous vegetable dealer and we paid for an asparagus a$$ kicking, and they used a green bean to kick our a$$, would we even know?

Vegetables can be so hard to figure out with your eyes closed.

Page 8 in the thread seems like a good time to have the first pic of one of these pizzas on a grill.  To stay on trend, it’s from their website and they probably bought the grill at CVS.
