Brunch taco…scrambled eggs, cowboy caviar, cheese, jalapeños, and Cholula.
IP pork adobo over cauliflower rice.
Panini with pesto, salami, capicola, ham, prosciutto, and fontina; side of slaw.
Pork chop, lentil & goat cheese salad, roasted beans.
Charred ginger-lime chicken over greens.
Planked salmon. No plates pics, but we had it with Carolina gold rice and sautéed okra.LBGE

Easter egg salad with grated bottarga and triscuits appetizer then burgers with potato salad. Playlist was John Prine radio for the cook and Traveling Wilburys radio for dinner. An ode to the great outdoors, mayonnaise and microscopic mullet.

Center cut boneless chop seasoned with Dizzy pig SPG w/ herb, sous vide at 133° for two hours. Dredged in seasoned flour and Dijon egg wash then a mix of panko crumb and parmason cheese. Served with sweet kruat.
