This may be getting within arms reach of the third rail given Easter week.
But I saw water boiling on a BGE-granted it was part of a paella cook. Pic here: I called it based on the bubbles.
And to offer a continuation:
10" pan and too many shrimp, chokes and jalas.
While hosing the cook-pulled a bit too late-socarrat was present but some was crispy;

Yup, here is a pic with the cover. It is 60,000BTU power burner, but has very good low temp control too. Better than my gas range. It doesn't get as crazy hot as my standalone Wok burner, but gets plenty hot for using a wok. This will see probably 95% of my wok cooking.MasterC said:Nice setup Ozzie_Isaac. Last nights effort - “Better than takeout” udon noodles with ground turkey (from scratch) along with (premade) egg rolls done in the air fryer.The noodles are great. Here’s the recipe.
