I avoid hospitals but that is some serious motivation (clearly a few orders of magnitude not enough for me right there) but great looking groceries @MasterC . We got distracted today and I didn't get this on till way to late. It was a add on cut to fill out a order so I wasn't expecting a lot.

Boneless leg of lamb. Borrowed from @Money_Hillbilly, slightly modified 138 for 3.5 hours, 133 for 2 hours. A little red wine, honey and garlic in the bag. Ice bath and then heavily spiced and on to a raised direct grid @ 500F until a good char and the internal was back to 125ish. Best I’ve made or had for lamb leg, all the flavor and cut with a fork. Not a felon

Andouille, pepperoni egg bean and cheese burritos. Delish.

Latest “grill this honey” from the Bargain Mirage. Pleasantly surprised on this one. Seared at 450+ then raised grid with foil barrier at 350+ to temp. Cut it open for @lousubcap Happy Easter and hoping everyone is either finding their peace or headed in that direction.

Tri tip, bone marrow, baked potatoes, salad, sorry no plated pics, I was hungry -

@lousubcap That’s a beauty. No way you can get away without the $$shot
Edit: 12.7 lbs for the price of 7.5, better lucky than good!canuckland -
@Canugghead - If on the extremely rare occasion I don't get a $$ shot (when delivering the protein elsewhere) then I won't post the cook.

Minimax full of goodness. Regular Conecuh sausage on the left, Spicy Conecuh on the right.
Didn't have onions or peppers so I used what was in the fridge - shallots and pickles.
Simple and good, better with the Shiner Bock.Ubi panis, ibi patria.
