@Botch thank you for the information. I really appreciate the detailed instructions. When you say "don't dally" I think that was the biggest lesson I took from today. I had the stretched dough sitting on the floured/cornmeal peel for at least 5-10 mins before each launch. I'm gonna try your "stacked" approach next time. I was so caught up in the dough recipe that I was thrown for a loop when actual cook came into play.
Wood peel definitely helps. I also like to move the dough by gentle jerk motion or lifting corners and slightly turning, after each topping, so the dough doesn't get a chance to settle and stick. Just before launching make sure it's not sticking using above technique, I also blow under like @Botch if necessary but that was before the pandemic though  :)

Thanks for the info. I have no Covid worries about blowing under an uncooked pizza dough (if that really works?). I will defiantly try that next time.

Sending emails to Bezos. I ordered lawnmower blades for my dad to be shipped to his address. After being stalled in Tennessee for a week, a ton open empty box was delivered an hour or so ago. Amazoid refuses to refund until 48 our after the third party provider receives my email.
Dad discovered that I can order parts for him cheaper than the John Deere dealer charges.

Well in this case tracking showed me that the package spent an entire week going from one side of Tennessee to another. It was the third party supplier that fell flat, Amazon never touched the merchandise.
