Making a pot of green chile stew today, and found two 4-oz cans of tomato sauce from my pizza-making days. I opened the first can, it was only 3/4 full and very dark.Sure enough, the can had a "Best if used by " date, Aug 2013. I thought canned goods were semi-immortal, but I guess not.

@ColtsFan , @frazzdaddy yes indeed it is peanut butter. One of my favorite condiments. I really like it on burgers with mustard and pickles. This was my first try on hotdogs (beef brisket). I will definitely do it again. On pork dogs it might not be good, but on beef dogs it is the cat's meow.

Ketchup is just plain wrong. Usually go mayo, mustard, onions, hot sauce, and relish, but felt like mixing things up.fishlessman said:I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

If the can is ballooned, then you should probably toss it.I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

I haven't opened the other can, and it's not ballooned; I can send it to you.Ozzie_Isaac said:

Here is a picture of a mountain lake near me (picture was fwd to me, i.e. not my picture) The mountain is currently burning down. Fire just keeps getting worse. I have a lot of friends who have had to evacuate.

A half shrimp half oyster poboy with a side of fried shrimp. Was just kind of in a shrimp mood today. And a couple of my all time favorites. Chargrilled oysters. Was kind of in a oyster mood as well so I thought why not. Nothing wrong with double shrimp and double oysters in my book. Hope all of you are having a great day my friends 👍

This makes me happy. Fresh pesto, bacon, pasta, and bread. The bacon made the finished plate a little brown - not the bright green of the pesto - but it tasted good.

Dinner from the benefit. Wife went and ordered at 10 this morning for a 4 PM pick up. Got there and there was a 100 yard long line outside the door. She still had to wait 10 minutes for the pickup. Awesome turnout. I love this community.

I wouldn't mind waiting 300 yards for the great cause and awesome looking plate! Actually if there was social distancing 100 yards is not bad.Battleborn said:
