Cooking up some wings. Did a research cook. Dizzy Pig rubs, Jamacian Jerk, Wonder Bird, Ghost.. All three were really good, paired with some ranch and a cold beer.

Wings were on sale and pre-cut.. Normally cook the whole wing,
I drink cheap beer so I can afford good bourbon.

Salisbury, NC...... XL,Lx3,Mx2,S, MM, Mini BGE, FireDisc x2. Blackstone 22", Offset smoker, weber kettle 22"

    Early harvest from the garden...

Quick stir fried chicken tikka masala, to be wrapped in 50% whole wheat chapati...

      My kinda meal! Looks terrific.

Almost kathi roll... But much healthier :)

@caliking Thanks, agree chapati is healthier and easier, unlike this green onion paratha that's layered with fat  =)

    These look incredible!

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

It was a good day, and first time I’ve done the sous vide with a big steak. It won’t be the last.

Little visit to the Wayback Machine today. Fried okra from the garden just like we used to make growing up (except we didn’t add Meat Church Holy Voodoo to the cornmeal flour mix back then- too bad because that was awesome)

It looks great Brother Tex. I’m frying some garden squash in butter and unions as we speak.
Hope it turns out as good as your okra looks 👍
