It’s just becoming a sick distraction to try to guess what he’ll blame someone else for and what he’ll try to take credit for.  I think the governors of CA, NY and WA are all dems.  Waiting for him to start in on that as causal for their outbreaks.

By comparison, with H1N1 it took *six months* before we had 20,000 cases in the US.

You want to look at how many cases of COVID-19 we currently have in the US and when we had the first one and maybe reassess?

Just tossing some numbers out here.  What is a Billion $$ and yes a Trillion (billion x 1000)?
A way to try and granted limited way to grasp the concept:
If on the day you were born you were able to count in one second cadence it would take you 31.68 years to get to ONE Billion.  So each of us are on the planet for around 2+ years.  Now jack that number by 1000 to get to ONE Trillion.  You just cannot get your head around the numbers being tossed around.  This is simple number crunching (and yes I averaged in leap years)

I don't think we are dealing with actual real dollar numbers now, just  digits in computers to be moved from one column to another. The amount of money already blown goes well beyond anything that can ever be realistically repaid. They are going to just keep throwing digits at the system to try to keep it from unraveling through this event then figure it out on the other side. My guess is there will be some kind of financial reset.

Maybe if you're really lucky, you can mind a mutation on the virus to start killing off kids.  I think the swine flu got about 2,000.  Maybe you'll get lucky and have Covid take down more than that.  There were probably at least that many killed in Planned Parenthood clinics around the country in the last few days.
