@fusionhq , Ikapigian is having same issue using the Pace router that ATT uses, might want to check with as he has someone coming out to look at it

@fireman_joe @fusionhq same issue and it is also ATT- I have the company that handles our computers @ my business come out today, I will let you know how it goes-WiFi works great, Stoker works great, did a 15 pound packer this weekend , that thing settled in where ever I put it

I'll let you know- I know it is much easier if you have a PC, all I use @ home is an IPAD ....I will post back this afternoon

@fusion well, he got it working...still took him a bit...he said check with Rocks and see if they have a free DDNS server or once in a while as the public IP will change. I doubt they do, none the less if it does it's an seat fix...I can say, at least with ATT, the initial wifi set up in the video will not allow you to do remote, you are going to have to set up the subnet and gateway uncheck the DHCP, and a few other things that are over my head...if you have an IT guy, let him do it . I wound up using my public IP on the App not the one that you get off of the stoker, it works for WIfi and remote.

@Ikapigian Glad to here he got it working for you, you should have documented what he did for you in case you ever get another computer or router.

@Fireman_Joe he wrote everything down, and I was pretty close, but in the video where it shows " these settings just leave them" well you can't, at least the way mine is....thinking if Rocks had their own App it would be much easier....We install wireless stuff everyday for Carrier Air Conditioning for remote control and monitoring, that stuff is a breeze to set up and I am assuming it's because it comes with the app...turn it on, find your wifi enter the MAC and that's about it, anywhere in the world I have control.

so now I have to buy a butt and Egg from the bar

Can you access the ATT wifi? You need to get into customize fire wall, then add application call it Stoker, or what ever, port 80 to port 80 and save

This is why I purchased my own modem and router.  I can manage each without my ISP getting in the way.

Then go back to the previous page ,if you have your wifi working you should see stoker, select it, go to the drop down menus below that and search for the custom application you created in the first step, select it and hit add

I haven't asked him yet @sgh, but it may come to that. Like I said, I can usually get these things to work, but this one I'm missing something, or att has it locked down.

@fusionhq  type get your public IP now. you will need to go back into the Stoker set up page

That's where it stops. It won't load on my public IP.  Times out. When I check port 80 it says not visible.

I'm going to text him and see if he can get on the forum and diagnose your issue.
