Looking for advice : got the bike set up on a turbo trainer, as road cycling will deny me of receiving any pension benefits. Got any experiences to share about simple fitness / CV pattern you have used?
I could try to find a subject specific forum, but they would all just be geeks and nerds.....
Other girls may try to take me away

Life expectancy drastically reduced! Combination of terrible roads and himicidal drivers.

@CPFC1905 - compounded by the distracted drivers of today.  It was bad enough where I live the terrible roads now pile on those who do everything behind the wheel except drive and that takes it to a whole new level.

That is exactly why I stick to mountain biking.

I had a close friend get killed by an 85 year old lady.  The driver was doing 65 when she hit my friend.  Never hit the brakes.  Wide long stretch of rode.  Middle of the day.  No shadows.

I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

I have a tri bike that I won't take out of the garage.  Too damn unsafe out there these days.

My last day of vacation. Trying to decide what to cook...
    Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Seasoning a new lodge cast iron dutch oven. I ordered the double dutch, Amazon shipped me the wrong item (with a different lid) but I am cooking on it today while the replacement ships.

Figured id give it a break in test run. Just washed it thoroughly and rubbed down inside with a EVOO soaked paper towel.

Half my knockout pool went down yesterday with the Chiefs! Jags kept me in it, barely! If the jags would have lost it would have been down to 3. Lol
