    @CigarCityEgger That looks tasty.

    Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
    "Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

    Just ate a couple pounds of crab.  Discovered a great way to emulsify melted butter.

    You can purchase a delusional fantasy for 2 bucks.  Not a bad deal unless you can't afford it.  The scratch off cards are where people spend the most money.

    No. Our resources here in the south are quite limited.  Counting on a friend.

  • I have some leftover SRF brisket from the Pupusas project, and was planning on making the brisket chili today.  Just realized I don’t quite have enough brisket for the recipe.  I suppose I could halve it....

    but what I do have is enough vac sealed pulled pork to make up the difference.  So it might be brisket/pulled pork chili.  Sound ok?

    Throw some chicken in and go Brunswick stew.
