Went to Costco with the intent to pickup some ribeye caps. These were labeled as ribeye caps.
I think someone read the cutting instructions bassackwards... I didn't buy those. Picked up a whole ribeye instead, plan to remove the cap and then dry age the rest.
I did find a couple trays of choice fillets that look like prime. These did come home with me. Here's one tray.
My folks are coming over tonight. Have a few dough balls rising for pizza. Just put some chicken thighs on. Seasoned with Plowboy's Yardbird and smoking with some pecan wood. Hmm...7 of us with my folks...3 pizzas, 2.4# of chicken thighs...yeah, that should be enough.
Just poured a beer and watching the Phillies on TV.

Just planted the raised beds with spinach, carrots, onions, arugula and two types of lettuce. None of it will prolly grow, but it's worth a shot. Still working on my green thumb.

Ah- DOTBA (Dance Of The Burning A--hole). The great after-burn of a much enjoyed intake, many times alcohol infused. Scoville units are your friend. Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
