Fooling around with Google photos, I think I figured out how to direct link images again. You just need to share it publicly and then append "?.jpg" to the image address. Let's see if it works.
Sweet! Ever since they changed it, I've been downloading and then uploading images to the forum, which was slow and cumbersome.They/Them

I separately make brisket, pork ribs, and beef ribs. Can someone please explain to me, why I get all excited when I see varieties or volumes of what I already do??Phoenix -

@SGH turned out great!!“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

Might be the backwoods cooker more than me. Running no water , foil pans for cleanup. The thing is running like a champ with major capacity.
Vacuum sealer will be busy that's for sure.Seattle, WA -
Dang @SkinnyV - that brisket cook time makes my year's worth of around 0.75 hrs/lb at the same temperatures seem like a total over-night adventure.
And that's great results across the board-congrats.
Edit: I have had a few (well several) adult beverages today but those ribs sure look like beef to me...I have never seen such meaty pork versions. But there's first for everything for me.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
