    Everyone has left. We ended up with about 40 here tonight. Brisket got gone real quick. A bit of pulled pork left to eat on this week. Made a corn pudding recipe I found (actually SWMBO made it mostly, I helped minimally). This recipe is really good.

    Had some pulled pork left. Fried it up in bacon grease, seasoned with DP Fajita-ish, then scrambled an egg in with it. On to a flour tortilla I roasted over the gas stove.

    Turned out pretty good.

    Got stone delivered for my driveway. They did an okay job spreading it.  I have some touching up to do to keep it flat, so the plow is on my small tractor. Now that it is level, time to compat it. Should take rest of the day, because the first half took all morning.

    Sea2ski.. Agree like your property; but calling that thing a tractor though... Is like calling this beauty a lawnmower

    Made pulled pork Carnitas.  . . Kind of.  No plated pic.  Guess I didn't get a pic of the eggs either.

    Love these raw tortilla shells.

    @nolaegghead that guy yours?  Beautiful!!!

    Thanks for the compliments guys!  Yea, the driveway is nice and long. It is great to keep the leaves off it in the fall, the snow off it in the winter, in the spring the oak pollen (worst stuff ever to use a walk behind blower on) and summer the tulip poplar flowers. But I love the looks of a clean long driveway so I promised myself that I would keep it clean.

    And my tractor.  I love it. I do not use it as a lawnmower. In fact I never used the deck since I brought it home. Sure it is not big, but It hauls my firewood into the garage, my 5x10 foot trailer (and sometimes that is full of firewood through trails on my and my neighbors property), mulch, and up to 3000 lbs stone. It has not failed me in plowing my driveway. No I do not live where I get lake effect snow, but I have had a few dumps over the years. When it is really deep I will plow to the side then take one pass with the snowblower on each side to throw the snow out of the way.

    It is not a big tractor, Nor is it a pretty one. It is my strong small one that is perfect for me.

    .... It has to be, my wife will not let me get a bigger one damn it. Pisses me off. I could do $h1t a lot faster and easier if I did have a bigger one.  But Noooooo.......

    I grilled a couple hamburgers on the Small, and just for giggles I put a large handful of mesquite chips on the coals (I usually use 25% mesquite/75% oak on briskets).
    Not bad.  Burgers grill quickly so they didn't take on too much, and I wouldn't want burgers this way every time, but not a bad change of pace.

    Prefer both poppets open.  You can see the magic happen, top "dirty" flame get pulled into the cooker. Don't be fooled, this dirty smell is wonderful.

    I wouldn't consider my weed garden nice.  I'm not one of those dudes who lies prone on the yard with shears, and automated sprinklers, using all sorts of chemicals, blah friggin blah.
    My dad's neighbor was thatching his yard yesterday...poor guy. Lol

    @theyolksonyou and @DMWDang near as many fans in Philly (with the game  around 2 hours away) as watching the Reds...Wait til next year here (A's fan).  But at least the expensive beer better be cold.  Enjoy the atmosphere.
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
