OT - What are you doing right now?

@lousubcap Yes these are sound isolation rooms. Not often do I get to take pictures but even less often I am allowed to share details openly. But this is a project for Peloton. We will automate the drive-in with the pneumatic doors so one machine bike/treadmill will come inside the room, be tested to assure it meets acoustic requirements and then move on down the line and the next one will come in. A lot of different applications for these enclosures. 

@ColtsFan were the rooms you are referring to in Seoul by chance?

38-42 is about the largest in Pork Casing , above that is Beef Middle, but still fine for pepperoni

Fvck you campbell soup and your cream of mushroom rice recipe.  Why the f can I never make it right.  Follow recipe to a T and dang rice is crunchy.  This dish is my nemesis.

Edit: re-read recipe.  Calls for "instant rice". Wth is that?  Maybe that is my issue.  I added a bunch more liquid and threw it in the oven for 30 min.  See if that will salvage this train wreck.

Instant rice is parboiled then dried so it cooks fast.

There is a freeze-dried instant rice that is soft as soon as you add water, but I’m not sure if that’s readily available since it is expensive to freeze dry food

Is that what minute rice is?  Also, to add injury to insult, I absent mindedly grabbed my pan I had just taken out of the oven with my bare hand.  I am just going to drink bourbon instead.
