Toasting some sesame seeds for a batch of Yukpo I’ll mix up later tonight.

Follow up to this.  I've got the beef in the dehyrdator now.  I typically go for about 4-5 hrs.

I forgot how this makes the entire house smell like Korean beef.   My God is it glorious.

Pretty happy with how this batch turned out.  It’s got some nice sweet heat to it.  Good sesame flavor.
    Beauty!

Your only option for 2 bucks is going to be rat poison(warfarin) along with the blood draws. Eliquis and Xarelto have no generic versions available.

I did 3 months at UCLA Medical Center and battled clots for years following, stay on top of it and safe, they are no fun when they break loose and collect in your lungs.....finally I am on just a 350 MG Aspirin regimen ( not low dose ) after using anti clotting pills for years

Apixaban is the generic of Eliquis, approved but not yet available.

first one for me.  called up blue cross, im tier 4 and this drug is tier 3, price just dropped from 598.99 to a copay of 150.00.  why does something this simple need three way calls. anyways the elephant foot is shrinking right now

Xarelto does have a deal (which they offered, I didn't ask for) and I'm only paying $10 co-pay every 3 months.
Until I transfer from BCBS to TriCare, then no co-pay but Xarelto then charges us taxpayers $400/mo or whatever the going price is.  Effin' racket...

Our eldest has just registered her new business, she's 28 next month. It's a B2B marketing agency, also set up to specialise in employing and training people who are neuro-atypical. It's a big step at her age, I was 36 when I started my business. Proud dad moment.
@Eoin - That is great news.  Congrats to her and the parents for instilling the entrepreneurship gene.  Gonna be a fun ride.

I noticed a couple next to us who I'd put somewhere in their 60's bowling for the first time. I only picked up on it as the employee was showing them what the numbers on the bowling ball meant and the motions on how to throw it down the lane. It was really neat to see the smile on her face.

Kids and I have been watching a finch nest under our back porch and noticed no mom bird for multiple hours and an egg in the nest. Made a incubator with the kids and gonna see if we can get it to hatch. Got it dialed in at 99-100 degrees with holes in the sides and top and put it over a tray of water to increase the humidity.

That’s very cool.  If you get to the point of chewing up worms and spitting them in the bird’s mouth, I want pics!
    Love you bro!

With chicken eggs,  they need to be rotated on intervals.  Check it out. Can't remember exactly.  I know this isn't a chicken.
