But back to a more pedestrian approach-
Here's a feeder as all were cooked on a couple of BGE's:
Flat iron, grilled onion, twice baked spuds and asparagus.
Some of the above was gone as my son inhaled faster than shutter speed.
Thanks for looking-no caveman finish. Sorry!Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -

It looks outstanding brother Cap. I have got to ask as I do not have my glasses on, is that a puborectalis sling in the background? I’m praying 🙏 you say yes.lousubcap said:But back to a more pedestrian approach-

@SGH- not being wound so tightly into any anal/rectalis rigs I will plead "I do not recall."

That didn't sound like a heavy load to me, at all.

@northGAcock - given I didn't see all the comments I did not have the full picture. However, whatever took it to the nuclear level must have been quite good given some threads that are still up and running.

Didn't you jump the gun on the mustard? Unless you were planning to eat them raw? But they still aren't smashed...

I made an attempt at humor using an intentional miss-spelling. Not sure it was the cause....but if it was, again I apologize.Ellijay GA with a Medium & MiniMax

SonVolt said:Saw this in another thread earlier this year and decided to give it a shot. @Kayak The theory is the mustard helps with "caramelization". I just didn't add mustard on the buns afterwards. Turned out pretty good to me and SWMBO loved it. She's a fan of mustard though. Here is the link to the thread, there is a video as well. I will probably stick with adding mustard post cook.

Interesting, though I can't imagine needing help with the "caramelization" considering how hot the griddle supposed to be for smash burgers.South of Nashville - BGE XL - Alfresco 42" ALXE - Alfresco Versa Burner - Sunbeam Microwave

I thought it was to keep the smashing tool from sticking. I agree carmalization doesn't seem to need help with that.SonVolt said:Interesting, though I can't imagine needing help with the "caramelization" considering how hot the griddle supposed to be for smash burgers.I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.
