Landscape project making a turn around 3rd base finally.  Some of the yard seeded, rented a power rake for the 4 day weekend for single day charge to finish prep of the rest of the yard for seeding. 6ton of river rick delivered this morning to finish off the bed areas. I should sleep well tonight.

I am not familiar with curing in the shell, I usually see the yolks taken out and cured.  How well.does it work in the shell?

After being out of commission for a few weeks I went freezer diving this evening.   I found a couple of steaks that were starting to get some age on them and a few brats that I have no idea where they came from....In any case the brats were steamed in beer and then on the grill.  This will be my late night snack the next couple of nights.

That would be nice. We joke, I’ve got a friend who has a solar panel, that charges a battery to feed an inverter to a 19 TV with a digital antenna. I have watched TV while hunting!

You need to adopt and then following the following house rules:
Light the BGE (or any outside cooker) means time for an adult supervisory beverage.  Food on-time for an adult supervisory beverage, then as dictated by the circumstances.  Always good to go!
